The MIUR-accredited Research Organization with more than 80 employees is involved in the development of: new applications of advanced materials, innovative design and production systems, and innovative products and services. 

Its focus areas

CETMA's application fields cover transportation means, health technologies, technologies for cultural heritage and construction, and technologies for energy, environment and recycling. The expertise is organized into three divisions:

  • Division of Materials and Structures Engineering (MAST)
  • Division of Computer Engineering (INFO)
  • Division of Design (DES)
