Lattanzio KIBS is awarded the digitisation of court files for Proximity Offices
A step towards a more efficient and transparent system
Regione Emilia-Romagna has commissioned Lattanzio KIBS with the digitization of files and their entry into the ministerial application "Sistema Informatico Contenzioso Civile Distrettuale" (SICID) of pending voluntary jurisdiction proceedings in paper format in the ordinary courts of Emilia-Romagna.
Lattanzio KIBS contributes to facilitating interaction between Proximity Offices and Judicial Offices in Emilia-Romagna which, according to the "Transatlantic Subnational Innovation Competitiveness Index 2.0" for 2023, is the leading Italian region in the world in terms of innovation and competitiveness.
The intervention entails an optimisation of the user experience for citizens and constitutes a fundamental step towards the modernisation of the Italian justice system, improving the efficiency, transparency and security of judicial processes.
