The event in the city of Bari
The Apulia Region's Department of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environmental Protection organised the event entitled 'Effects of Rural Development Policies on Apulia: achievements and lessons for the 2014-2020 programming on 28 June 2016 in Bari, in the presence of Region President Michele Emiliano.
The RDP at the heart of the debate
The conference provided an important opportunity for a discussion on the achievements of the recently concluded RDP and the planned rural development policies. Virgilio Buscemi, ex-post evaluator of the 2007-2013 RDP of the Region, was among the speakers with an intervention on the main thematic focuses.
