Building sustainable opportunities
In contexts of protracted crisis, economic inclusion is an essential lever to move beyond emergency responses and support pathways to self-reliance. In Burkina Faso, Nigeria, the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the Central African Republic, Lattanzio KIBS is supporting the institution in a multi-country project to identify high-potential value chains in agriculture, renewable energy and digital services.
Engaging the private sector
The value of the project lies in turning analysis into operational tools: country-level business cases designed to inform the decisions of private investors and development partners. It is a different way of connecting market data with inclusion goals, aimed at generating employment and economic resilience for the communities involved, beyond the scope of humanitarian response alone.
