As part of the project that the Veneto Region entrusted to Lattanzio KIBS to strengthen the skills of its territorial partnership, the Capacity Building manifesto is born in Forte Marghera: a shared commitment from those who work every day in local services
People at the heart of change
As part of this assignment, Lattanzio KIBS designed and led yesterday's launch event in Forte Marghera for the Capacity Building training catalogue “Shaping change in Veneto: skills, networks, territories”, aimed at showcasing the crucial role of skills development within a lifelong learning framework.
A programme able to bring together the regional institution and diverse external expertise: opening the proceedings, Regional Councillor for Education and Training Valeria Mantovan; carrying the storytelling, actress and director Selene Gandini and Lucio Biondaro, founder of Pleiadi and director of the Children's Museum of Verona, who spoke on the value of investing in one's own skills.
A manifesto born from dialogue
Taking care of every detail of the event, from the programme to visual facilitation, made it possible to turn an afternoon of dialogue into a concrete outcome: the capacity building manifesto, drawn live by Monica Diari and made available for participants to sign, becoming its spokespeople.
A shared document that each participant now brings back to their own organisation, strengthening networks among those working in the Veneto region to implement the PR ESF+ 2021-2027 programme, addressing employment, education and training, lifelong learning, social inclusion, and youth employment.
