From 25 November to 10 December 2025, Lattanzio KIBS joins the UN Women campaign against gender-based violence

A journey that starts with people and grows with people

Lattanzio KIBS is proud to join Orange the World 2025, the global United Nations initiative coordinated in Italy by UN Women Italy, which every year - from 25 November to 10 December - mobilises institutions and companies in over 190 countries for the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence.

Joining Orange the World is not merely a symbolic gesture. It reflects Lattanzio KIBS’ commitment to promoting respect, inclusion and accountability within its professional communities and workplace environment.

This commitment is embedded in the company’s structural actions, expressed through its DEI Plan and the Gender Equality Certification.

Digital Gender-Based Violence: the focus of the 2025 Edition

The UNiTE - Orange the World campaign, active since 2008, is the largest international mobilisation dedicated to ending violence against women. It invites organisations and individuals to take action - through symbolic gestures and public initiatives - to advance awareness and strengthen collective responsibility.

The 2025 edition focuses on a rapidly growing form of abuse: digital gender-based violence, including the non-consensual sharing of intimate images, cyberstalking, online harassment, sexualised deepfakes, gendered hate speech, doxxing, grooming and coercive control through digital tools.

These behaviours disproportionately affect women and can lead to significant psychological, social and economic consequences.
