INAPP entrusts Lattanzio KIBS with the AGEMIL project to explore current and future dynamics related to generational inclusion in the workplace
Age Management and Knowledge Exchange
The project, led by INAPP (National Institute for Public Policy Analysis), aims to deepen the understanding of age management and intergenerational learning in the workplace, a process increasingly accelerated by digitalization.
The project's kick-off meeting, held in Rome at the Institute’s headquarters, also served as a platform for discussion on strategies to address the emerging challenges posed by an aging workforce.
Building Organizational Resilience
Lattanzio KIBS supports the Institute throughout the project, helping to define policy implementation strategies that enhance knowledge exchange across generations and foster greater, more conscious organizational resilience in a collaborative work environment.
