Lattanzio KIBS supports INAPP in the implementation of the AGEMIL research project on age management and intergenerational learning
AGEMIL, the new strategic project by INAPP (National Institute for Public Policy Analysis), addresses the social and economic challenges posed by demographic decline and an aging workforce. By exploring intergenerational learning within public and private organizations, the project aims to identify policies that enhance knowledge exchange between senior and junior professionals and foster a collaborative work environment.

A multidisciplinary team—including university professors, psychotherapists, qualitative and quantitative researchers, statisticians, and expert evaluators—oversees the project. Their expertise, both thematic and methodological, guides the research through an initial desk study phase, which lays the groundwork for field research based on qualitative methodologies.
The objective is to understand how organizations are responding to the challenges of an aging workforce and fostering intergenerational collaboration in the workplace.
