Lattanzio KIBS participated in the three-day programme that brought together participants from across Europe to develop project proposals within the framework of Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVE)

An intensive bootcamp for building high-quality European projects

The European Vocational Training Association (EVTA) organised the CoVE Design Programme, a training and workshop event held in Granada from 5 to 7 May 2026, in the heart of the Andalusian city's historic centre. The programme forms part of a broader set of European Union co-funded initiatives aimed at promoting excellence in vocational education and training (VET) through Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVE).

Lattanzio KIBS took part in the event as an active contributor to the European project design process, bringing integrated expertise that combines strategic vision with operational implementation. Its well-established knowledge of public policies related to social inclusion, employment, labour markets, and education and training systems enabled a substantial contribution - both in analysing the European policy and regulatory landscape, and in defining the project intervention logic: from identifying territorial and systemic needs, to structuring activities, through to building a framework for measurable and long-term sustainable impact.

Three days of work: from vision to project proposal

The bootcamp followed a structured and progressive agenda, organised across three intensive working days.

The first day introduced participants to the European policy framework and the CoVE model, featuring sessions on project development tools and a speed networking activity. The second day delved into the call structure, evaluation criteria, and intervention logic, with initial collaborative writing sessions. The third day brought the programme to a close with sessions on impact and sustainability, budget structuring, and a mock evaluation panel culminating in final consortium pitches.

The bootcamp's hands-on approach - combining training, networking, and project writing - enabled participants to arrive with an idea and leave with a structured draft proposal and a consortium in formation.
