Skills for safety in the sky
The European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), the EU body overseeing the safety of civil aviation, entrusts Lattanzio KIBS with designing its first e-learning module for staff.
Awarded under the framework contract E-learning design, development and maintenance, the assignment addresses a very practical topic: correctly recording working time and applying flexible working-time rules. The choice reflects Lattanzio KIBS's ability to combine methodological rigour with attention to the learner's experience.
Investing in digital learning
Designed primarily for new recruits, the training module also becomes a permanent reference tool, available whenever a rule needs to be checked during daily work.
For the Agency, investing in the quality of internal training means strengthening the efficiency of its organisation and, in turn, reinforcing the system that keeps air travel safe for millions of European citizens every day.
