'Presenting the Three-Year Plan' was held on February 4, 2022 at the monumental setting of Palazzo Zanca, headquarters of the City of Messina. During the meeting, the presentation of the Document by the Mayor, Councillor for Infrastructure and Director of the Environment Department of the Metropolitan City took place.
Strategic Plan, Lattanzio KIBS' experience in implementation
The Forum is the conclusion of a path that the Metropolitan City of Messina started in 2021. The Strategic Plan is in fact a programmatic act for the development of the territory but also a processual iter of planning and subsequent implementation of projects.
Lattanzio KIBS' support to the Metropolitan City of Messina is the result of more than a decade of experience in strategic and territorial planning consulting. Sicilian administrations supported in the elaboration of the Strategic Plan include the municipalities of Partinico and reference wide area, Monreale, Alcamo, Enna, Avola and Palermo.
