A new phase for the CAP in Basilicata
With the launch of the Common Agricultural Policy 2023-2027, a decisive phase begins for rural development and the management of European funds in the Basilicata Region. This transition calls for strategic vision, robust administrative capacity and effective tools to translate policies into tangible actions on the ground. It is within this context that the Basilicata Region has chosen to activate a structured technical assistance service to support the implementation of the new National CAP Strategic Plan.
Lattanzio KIBS supports the Basilicata Region throughout the entire programming and management cycle of the CAP Strategic Plan 2023-2027, while also contributing to the closure of the 2014-2022 Rural Development Programme. The support covers programming, implementation, monitoring and supervision of interventions, coordination with the relevant institutions, and the strengthening of control and reporting systems. This contribution aims to ensure the effective use of funds, compliance with European targets and a greater territorial impact of public policies.
