As part of the conference 'Public Employment. Ideas for the modernisation of PA', the winners of the second edition of the PA Thesis Prize were announced

The winners of the edition

The initiative aims to encourage research and development of know-how on frontier topics concerning change in the PA, with a cash prize of € 5,000.00 awarded to the winner.

This year, surprisingly, there are two winners:

  • Idiano D'Adamo, with his thesis entitled, Strategic Analysis of Road Infrastructures: Evaluation of a Project Using the Real Options Method.
  • David Rinaldi with his thesis entitled Applying Social and Environmental Sustainability to the Regulatory Governance of Public Utilities.

The Panel Discussion

The panel discussion was attended by Franco Bassanini, Adriano De Maio, Luigi Massa, Paolo Varesi, Valeria Termini, Antonio Naddeo, Carlo Mochi Sismondi, and Ezio Lattanzio, who discussed the theme of talent development and merit recognition in PA.

The keynote of the speakers' speeches was the presentation of the research PA Thesis Prize graduates one year on, in which the professional expectations of 100 young graduates with a specialisation in PA are photographed.
