GirlsRestart, the women's network in collaboration with Lattanzio KIBS Study Center, is holding an event to launch CEO FACTORY, the new project to develop the next generation of women CEOs

The launch event

On Tuesday, June 14 at Terrazza Aperol at 10:30 a.m. in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II in Milan, an event will be held to present CEO FACTORY, GirlsRestart's new project for the creation of the future female leadership class.

It will be an opportunity to share the results of the Second Observatory on "Women and the World of Work," carried out in collaboration with the Lattanzio KIBS Study Center, and launch a unique mentorship program thanks to the involvement of well over 100 CEOs from around the world. 

A high-level program

Participants included a panel of leading CEOs, including Barbara Cominelli (CEO JLL and cofounder of GirlsRestart), Veronica Diquattro (Chief Revenue Officer Europe at DAZN), Nicola Lanzetta (Director Italy Enel Group and CEO Enel Italia Spa), Paola Corna Pellegrini (CEO Allianz Partners and President of AICEO), Elena Dominique Midolo (CEO Clio MakeUp), Andrea Cipolloni (CEO Autogrill Italy and Europe), Eugenio Sidoli (CEO Max Mara Fashion Group), Simone Del Guerra (CEO Unicredit Factoring), Elisa Pagliarani (General Manager Glovo Italy), Lorenzo Cappannari (CEO Another Reality), Mariangela Marseglia (Amazon Country manager Italy and Spain) and many others, the GirlsRestart Team, Annachiara Annino and Ezio Lattanzio of Lattanzio KIBS.

A growing community 

GirlsRestart is an al femminile network that was founded during the lockdown by a group of 500 female professionals. The goal has always been to support women in the world of work and business.

To date, the community has about 5,000 women, 10 pro bono consulting projects to support women entrepreneurs, more than 100 mentorships under its belt, more than 10 free master classes, and more than 20,000 donated hours.
