The roadshow of the three-year programme entrusted by Regione Veneto to Lattanzio KIBS to strengthen the competences and project development capacity of stakeholders active in regional cohesion policies has come to a close

The programme takes shape on the ground

The Lattanzio KIBS team, which develops the programme for Regione Veneto drawing on its own expertise in the field, coordinated the three legs of the Capacity Building 2021-2027 roadshow: Treviso, Verona and Mestre. Three in-person events to officially launch the project, present the training catalogue, participation modalities and the opportunities offered by the programme funded by the European Social Fund Plus under the PR Veneto ESF+ 2021-2027. A concrete opportunity to open a direct dialogue with operators, organisations and institutions that work every day on active labour market policies, social inclusion and vocational training.

Three cities, an open dialogue

Each event brought together institutional representatives of Regione Veneto and professionals from the programme's key thematic areas: European funds management, public administration digitalisation, territorial welfare, multilevel governance and social dialogue, employment and inclusion services. As Regional Councillor Valeria Mantovan highlighted, the Capacity Building represents a strategic tool to improve governance, foster collaboration between institutions and local stakeholders, and make the most of the opportunities offered by European programming.

The space dedicated to direct exchange transformed each event into a moment of genuine mutual listening: questions, experiences and concrete needs brought by participants -employment centre operators, vocational training bodies, Third Sector organisations, local administrators and social partners - that will feed into the programme's work over the next three years.
