AMIU Genova appoints Lattanzio KIBS to conduct a customer satisfaction survey on the level of user knowledge and satisfaction with waste collection and management services

Lattanzio KIBS supports AMIU Genova in its monitoring services to understand how aware and satisfied residents in the Municipality of Genoa (and in the 30 municipalities of the Metropolitan City) are with the services offered by the Municipality's in-house company.
The data collected during the survey, which involved a sample of as many as 2,000 participants, contribute to the improvement of the performance and quality standards of the services offered to citizens.
