Lattanzio KIBS Study Center presents results at longevity economy summit at Bocconi University

An important opportunity for discussion on key issues

The second national event dedicated to the longevity economy, Agevity2024, took place on September 24-25, 2024, at Bocconi University. This initiative, conceived by the Silver Economy Network and Assolombarda, gathered a distinguished panel of national and international experts to foster dialogue, emphasizing the need for a systemic vision to address the phenomenon of longevity that is reshaping contemporary society.

Intergenerational differences as a central theme

Lattanzio KIBS has partnered with Agevity 2024 as a knowledge partner. In its contribution to the annual 2024 Report on the “Longevity Scenario,” developed in collaboration with Assolombarda and IQVIA, Lattanzio KIBS examined significant aspects related to the impact of aging and its social, economic, and consumption-related implications.

The study, conducted with rigorous methodology, identified trends that will influence future public policies, proposing a strategic and innovative approach to tackling the challenges associated with longevity. This year’s focus includes themes of social cohesion and inclusion, underscoring the necessity for an intergenerational pact, particularly in the realm of employment.
