Silver Insight, our research work on longevity
In Italy, the over-65s are now more than 21% of the population and in 50 years’ time they will exceed 32%, with evident repercussions - starting from today - both on national economic and financial policies, and on consumption. Silver Economy is therefore a reality. However, who are the Silver people and how are they changing? What are the dynamics which mark out the Silver Economy? How can companies and the public sector provide 'shades of grey' with experiences, consistent with their changing needs and expectations?
Lattanzio KIBS is scientific partner of the Silver Economy Network (SEN). The Study Centre contributes to the Observatory, which monitors socio-economic longevity scenarios by integrating quantitative data from institutional sources with qualitative information from surveys.

SDA Bocconi, lecture on the Silver Economy
Ezio Lattanzio spoke as Advisor of the Silver Economy Network at the panel "Setting the scene on aging population and silver economy: challenges and opportunities" at SDA Bocconi.
This was an opportunity to confirm the Assolombarda Network's commitment to supporting companies that develop innovative solutions and services for the economy of the over-65s, promoting public-private partnerships, both nationally and internationally.
AGEVITY 2023
Lattanzio KIBS is amongst the promoters of AGEVITY 2023, flagship project of the Silver Economy Network (SEN), supported by Assolombarda.
AGEVITY is the first national platform created by Confindustria for enhancing the discussion among fundamental stakeholders (enterprises, institutions and citizens), and to develop a common vision on longevity economy in Italy.
Longevity Scenario - Report 2023
Lattanzio KIBS collaborated with the Silver Economy Network and Assolombarda in the conception and development of the first edition of "Longevity Scenario - Report 2023." It is an integrated study that highlights the needs, prospects of longennials and analyzes the silver economy's areas of influence for the future.
