Strategic support for more effective and sustainable programmes
In the Dominican Republic, safeguarding children’s rights - particularly for minors from the most vulnerable communities - requires increasingly effective analysis and evaluation tools. In response, UNICEF has launched an independent evaluation project aimed at improving goal setting and the measurement of results across its field interventions.
Lattanzio KIBS provides specialised support for the independent evaluation of the Country Programme, which focuses on health and nutrition, inclusive and quality education, protection from violence, social protection, and environmental sustainability, as well as on overall programme effectiveness. The assignment strengthens the use of internationally shared evaluation frameworks and methodologies, contributing to more robust, evidence-based decision-making.
