The event will be held at the Centro Congressi - Area ex Eridania Barilla, on Thursday 28 April 2005.
A meeting centred on the themes of innovation in citizen services and the new registry office regulation, which will see Bruno Susio speak on the issue of The evolution of law 241/90: opportunities to qualify the relationship with the citizen.
The day, which will be opened by the Mayor of Parma and the President of ANUSCA, will also see an interesting discussion on the topic of entry visas and residence permits.
