This year again, Lattanzio KIBS stands alongside the Tuscany Region with TRIO at the national event dedicated to education and career guidance in schools
TRIO at the forefront of teaching innovation and lifelong learning
From 11 to 13 March 2026, TRIO took part in Didacta Italia, the leading Italian trade fair dedicated to education and innovation in the school sector, held at the Fortezza da Basso in Florence.
Lattanzio KIBS, which has long supported the Tuscany Region in the management and promotion of the TRIO project, was present throughout the three-day event to meet students, teachers and key stakeholders in the education sector.
On Thursday 12 March, Gianvito D’Aprile, Head of the TRIO Project, delivered the seminar “From the Classroom to Recruitment: How Teachers Become Strategic Resources for Guiding Students. Practical Insights from TRIO.” The seminar provided teachers with practical tools to better understand how recruiters think and which skills are assessed during recruitment processes, with particular attention to the growing importance of soft skills alongside technical competencies. It also explored how attitudes and behaviours developed in the school environment can influence students’ future educational and professional opportunities, reinforcing the role of teachers in guiding students between education and the world of work.
Participation in Didacta Italia also represented an important opportunity to highlight the significant work carried out over the years by the TRIO project and the long-standing collaboration with Lattanzio KIBS, which continues to support its development and dissemination, contributing to the design and promotion of an effective tool for innovative and lifelong learning.
