Veneto Region entrusts Lattanzio KIBS with strengthening institutional capacity and the participation of the region's partnership
In a context marked by profound transformations - digitalisation, the ecological transition and the reform of welfare systems - Regione Veneto is launching a multi-year strategic investment to enhance the skills of its partnership and strengthen territorial governance in the implementation of the PR FSE+ 2021-2027. The project responds to the need to bridge training gaps, manage change in an innovative way and modernise public services, involving the entire ecosystem of territorial actors.
More details
Lattanzio KIBS is responsible for designing and delivering training activities aimed at Regione Veneto's partnership, including social partners (ETS, ATS), economic partners (trade unions, OML) and all the actors involved in meeting the 4 priorities of the PR FSE+ 2021-2027, organised into several specific thematic areas: legal-regulatory, organisation, personnel and smart working, managerial, communication, economic-financial, international, technical-specialist, logical-managerial, and relational-emotional.
The assignment includes not only the detailed definition of programmes, content and teaching for each course, but also preliminary meetings to plan the activities, the involvement of highly qualified trainers with teaching-methodological and technical-specialist skills, as well as teaching coordination activities at every stage, the preparation and delivery of materials to all participants, and the final issuing of participation certificates. To ensure maximum flexibility and accessibility, the training activities are designed for different modes of delivery, including remote, in-person or blended formats, with interactive webinars led live online by the trainer.
The event on 23 September at Forte Marghera officially launches the training catalogue, offering a first-hand look at what the programme has to offer, a chance to meet the team of experts and Regione Veneto's institutional representatives, and an opportunity to share the next steps in its development together.
Project Impact
It is a concrete opportunity to increase the value of human capital, as it fosters the development of the cross-cutting and specialist skills needed to address future challenges. Investment in training helps create a more dynamic, skilled and innovation-capable working environment, with positive effects on the quality of the services offered to citizens and on the effectiveness of regional policies.
The expected results, including co-designed training modules, a more connected territorial network and a structured evaluation system, represent a lasting asset for the institution and for all those involved in implementing FSE+ policies.
