To consolidate its digital training offer, the Agency has activated its first specific contract under the framework agreement "E-learning design, development and maintenance", dedicated to designing an e-learning module on the correct management of working time. The decision reflects the Agency's commitment to supporting the onboarding of new recruits with tailor-made learning solutions that simplify access to internal procedures and rules without compromising on learning quality.

For EASA, Lattanzio KIBS transforms material prepared by the Agency's internal experts into an autonomous, engaging learning path dedicated to the correct recording of working time and the application of flexible working-time rules. The work starts with the instructional design of the content and continues with the development of an interactive module, enriched with voice-over, subtitles and guided screenshots that replicate the Agency's management system, making the link between theory and daily practice immediate.
