Lattanzio KIBS presents the results of the RDP Apulia 2014–2022 at the technical event in Ostuni
Results and Perspectives
On June 20 in Ostuni, Lattanzio KIBS took part in the Monitoring Committee meeting of the Rural Development Programme (RDP) Apulia 2014–2022 as an independent evaluator, presenting the programme’s results and future perspectives.
The contribution focused on the key role of evaluation in identifying the outcomes achieved by the Programme across the Apulian territory and agricultural enterprises, while also outlining potential areas for further improvement. It also explored business development trajectories, the calculation of result indicator R2 “Change in agricultural production in supported farms,” as well as the self-assessment process of the Local Action Groups (GALs). A special focus was dedicated to the implementation of AKIS interventions, with a forward-looking perspective on the 2023–2027 rural development programming, aimed at ensuring continuity and effectiveness of the initiatives.
Strategic Dialogue
The event was part of a two-day session dedicated to rural development, which also involved the Monitoring Committee of the Rural Development Complement (CSR) of the Apulia Region.
The meetings represented a strategic opportunity for the entire agricultural, economic and social partnership, with the participation of high-profile stakeholders in the sector as well as representatives of the European Commission, to assess the state of implementation of rural development measures in the region and to define the next steps ahead.
