The Social Responsibility Report 2000 - 2005 of the Aosta Municipality, produced with the technical support of Lattanzio e Associati, is now online.
The aims of the document
The document, which was presented on 7 March at a conference in Aosta, is the product of a process of research and processing of data and information, aimed at providing a complete and coherent representation of administrative activity, identifying a single key for interpreting interventions in the various sectors of public action.
The main steps
- Step 1 - Recognition of qualitative and quantitative data from the different organisational structures.
- Step 2 - Identification of the Policies to be reported.
- Step 3 - Reclassification of the objectives, activities, resources and results, in the light of the Policies in which the Administration has recognised itself and in which it acknowledges its Institutional Mission and of the discussion with stakeholders, conducted according to the focus group method.
