For FRA, Lattanzio KIBS has developed a report providing data, policies and practices to tackle discrimination, racism and hate crime across Europe
Lattanzio KIBS delivers an updated overview
Within the framework of the multi-year service contract “FRANET – Data collection and research services on fundamental rights issues”, Lattanzio KIBS has developed a report on “National developments in combating discrimination, racism, hate speech and hate crime – law, policy and data”. The report aims to provide the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) with a robust and up-to-date evidence base on key legal, policy and institutional developments related to combating discrimination and promoting equality.
The analysis focuses on experiences of discrimination, bias-motivated harassment, hate crime and hate speech, both online and offline, with particular attention to identifying promising practices that can support more effective, evidence-based policies at European level.
