People at the Center

For more than 25 years, Lattanzio KIBS Benefit Corporation has been dedicated to innovation in the public sector, a key driver of economic and social development, pursuing a dual objective: on the one hand, strengthening administrative capacity to improve the quality of services provided to citizens and businesses; on the other, implementing strategic projects that foster the growth of national systems in Italy and abroad.


In line with this mission, in 2022 Lattanzio KIBS adopted Benefit Corporation status to create social value. The third edition of the Impact Report documents the results achieved in 2025: the BIA score reached 112.5/200, while the SDG Action Manager score stood at 86.5%, reflecting progress across all benefit objectives - from promoting a culture of institutional innovation to supporting the growth and well-being of its people.


A strong focus on young people and the public sector remains at the core of the company’s commitment: YOUTHINKPA, received 136 applications for its Thesis Award from more than 35 universities, while the Thesis Atlas now includes 164 dissertations, confirming the growth of a community that guides new generations toward the modernization of public administration.

A Growing Commitment Since 2022

Each year, the Impact Report adds a new chapter to an evolving journey. Previous editions documented the launch of the YOUTHINKPA initiative, the first achievements in gender equality, the expansion of the project portfolio, and a steadily increasing BIA score - from 88.0 in 2023 to 100.4 in 2024, and 112.5 in 2025.
