The Liguria Region in collaboration with Lattanzio KIBS has launched a project aimed at fostering the acquisition of specialized knowledge to address the expansion of regional competencies enhancing the skills of its personnel.

Lattanzio KIBS supports the Region in developing advanced training courses covering various regulatory areas, including anti-corruption, transparency, risk management, and privacy, as well as updates in administrative and economic-financial fields. The program also addresses topics such as internationalization, European projects, the 2030 Agenda, and sustainable development. The courses are delivered through multiple formats, including in-person sessions, webinars, and e-learning via the Moodle platform. The design phase is carried out in collaboration with the competent regional structure and entrusted to qualified professionals Upon completing the training, participants are required to fill out an assessment questionnaire and receive a participation certificate, also available in digital format.
Project Impact
Lattanzio KIBS' contribution enables personnel to perform their duties with greater competence and preparedness, strengthening the Region's ability to respond to the growing challenges and complexities faced by local administrations. This initiative supports the continuous improvement of regional public services.
