Lattanzio KIBS supports the Presidency of the Council of Ministers for e-skills training

With the aim of having qualified personnel as part of the country's digitisation process, the Presidency of the Council of Ministers has initiated upskilling in the most widespread technologies and most in-demand digital skills through targeted hybrid training. With a focus on digitisation and innovation, the Presidency also promotes technological innovation by creating a favourable environment for start-ups and digital entrepreneurship.

More details

Lattanzio KIBS is supporting the Presidency with the design and delivery of training interventions aimed at developing digital skills for the Presidency's administrative staff.

The project involves the realisation of courses - both face-to-face and distance learning - with the following focuses:

  • use of applications to support basic, intermediate and advanced level personal productivity;
  • use of collaboration and sharing tools, and the planning and management of activities and projects.

The courses are intended for managerial staff and categories A and B in service at the Presidency, for a total of 960 hours of training.

Project Impact

Lattanzio KIBS courses contribute to the enhancement of human capital within the PA by bridging the mismatch between the country's digital evolution and internal office skills. In addition, professional training in digital skills contributes to an overall improvement in citizen services.
