Lattanzio KIBS joins the European CP4Europe project with an ex-ante evaluation service to indicate its relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, sustainability and added value

The European Commission's CP4Europe project was created with the intention of strengthening the participation of children in Europe within dynamics and projects which affect them.

It develops with a Strategy for the Rights of the Child (2016-2021) and includes the Council of Europe's Child Participation Assessment Tool (CPAT), which contains a systemic and well-structured approach to assess national child participation mechanisms and actions, used by nine EU Member States between 2014 and 2019

More details

Lattanzio KIBS supports the institution in assessing:

  • the degree to which the project achieved its objectives
  • the efficiency of the project management phase
  • the sustainability of the results obtained
  • the long-term impact of the project results
  • possible future courses of action and useful recommendations

The evaluation activity directly involves the children concerned and the beneficiaries of the project.

Project Impact

CP4Europe works so that children across Europe can find multiple and innovative opportunities to participate in decision-making processes through more heartfelt and involved participatory mechanisms. It creates the space to listen to children, to take their views and opinions into account, and to include them in the processes that lead to decisions that affect them.
