Evaluation of Cohesion Policy 2014-2020
Lattanzio KIBS alongside the European Commission's Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policy (REGIO) in the ex-post evaluation of Cohesion Policy 2014-2020 programs financed by the ERDF and the Cohesion Fund. In particular, the evaluation will focus on Work Package No. 8, on investments in network infrastructure for transport and energy.
In detail
Specifically, the evaluation will consist of the following activities:
- conceptual framework and review of financed investments in the sector establishing the main policy instruments;
- literature and document reviews;
- case studies in selected member states;
- strategic analysis of the policy mix;
- country profiles and policy instruments;
- stakeholder mapping;
- organization of a workshop;
- final report.
Project Pluses
The Project, in light of the experiences examined in the countries under study, will contribute to the pro-future identification of factors that determine the success or failure of various investments under different socio-economic conditions.
