Lattanzio KIBS Supports the Tuscany Region in the Ecoality

EcoAlity is a three-year project aimed at engaging young people in promoting climate and gender justice, providing educational tools to understand the intersectionality between the climate crisis and social inequalities. Funded by the European Commission across 10 European countries, the project is led by the Tuscany Region and carried out by a consortium of 9 Local Authorities, along with 10 Civil Society Organizations.

More details

For the EcoAlity project, the transformation of the manual "Let’s Take Care of the Planet" into an e-learning course represents a true pedagogical innovation, significantly expanding the reach and effectiveness of the educational offering.
More accessible content, interactive and personalized learning, inclusivity through audio, subtitles, and a user-friendly interface, provide a response to the needs of a diverse audience.
Inspired by the core principles and content developed by Oxfam International Secretariat, the course offers a 3-hour learning experience designed to encourage young people to engage in critical thinking. Enriched with explanatory videos, practical activities, and interactive quizzes, the course fosters the acquisition of both practical and theoretical skills in a highly stimulating and engaging environment.

Project Impact

Through this project, Lattanzio KIBS contributes to making education on climate and gender justice more accessible and engaging for all young students. The course not only raises awareness but also provides concrete tools to promote the building of more sustainable communities alongside Local Authorities.
