Therefore, we are looking for freelancers who are goal oriented and seek innovative solutions to complex projects.

Tasks

• Support public and private institutions and entities to develop organizational roadmaps and strategies
• Apply model and methodologies for the change management, human resources management, skills management, workforce management
• Support the selected institutions in analyzing their resources and gaps in their relevant capacity field, possible linkages and networks, and developing the institutional development plan for the objectives relevant for the assignment
• Support the institutions to develop the action plan for resource management, organizational development, extended to other non-project components, serving as an improving strategy for the relevant project benefits
• Perform other tasks as may be reasonably required by the relevant project

Opportunity

Short-term or long-term assignments within donor-funded projects worldwide.

You will be required to accept and endorse Lattanzio KIBS Code of Conduct during the implementation of the assignment.

Requirements

Experience

• At least 10 years of experience in institutional strengthening by supporting public administrations to deal with transformation processes and change management
• At least 10 years’ experience in organizational development; strong understanding of human resource and institutional management and good governance
• Experience in gender and vulnerable groups aspects, in organizational development and performance would be an asset
• At least 5 years of experience in third countries
• Sound experience with major donors or government agencies

Language skills

Excellent written and verbal communications skills, fluency in one or more of the following languages: English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Portuguese.

IT Skills

Full computer literacy.
