Tasks

• Design, develop and facilitate class learning solutions online and face to face, in line with projects’ learning strategies
• Develop interactive, creative session plans for online and in person training delivery to meet pre-established learning objectives
• Deliver learner- centric, participatory webinars, making use of the latest online facilitation tools on the market
• Adapt and optimize existing training materials and manuals for online delivery creating engaging and interactive learning experiences
• Design and facilitate Training of Trainers
• Implement training evaluation processes to measure the effectiveness of courses
• Facilitate and advise on workshops and training events
• Liaise with other Lattanzio KIBS training units and partners for potential efficiencies in training delivery.

Opportunity

Short-term or long-term assignments within donor-funded projects worldwide.

You will be required to accept and endorse Lattanzio KIBS Code of Conduct during the implementation of the assignment.

Requirements

Experience

• At least 10 years of experience in design and facilitation of participatory training
• At least 5 years of experience in third countries
• Experience in creating and facilitating interactive online workshops and blended learning solutions
• Demonstrated experience in working across all phases of learning design and delivery
• Demonstrated experience in working with latest tools and virtual environments for online training delivery and collaboration (e.g. Zoom, Skype, Microsoft Teams)
• Track record in leveraging learning technology in the design and delivery of learning programmes
• Experience in working with subject matter experts to build learning programmes and performance support tools across a range of functional areas

Language skills

Excellent written and verbal communications skills, fluency in one or more of the following languages: English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Portuguese.

IT Skills

• In-depth expertise and application of models of learning design/adult learning theory; learning needs analysis and learning evaluation methods
• Intermediate to advanced level technical competence across a range of online learning tools
• Knowledgeable on recent trends in online learning design and delivery
