Youth skills development for employment in Sierra Leone
Strengthening business capacity and creating youth employment, that was the goal of the project that saw Lattanzio KIBS support Sierra Leone in creating integrated systems to link educational and vocational institutions with the market.

The project included capacity building and training actions dedicated both to Sierra Leonean trainers and institutions operating in the Vocational education and training (VET) (technical and vocational education and training) sphere and to aspiring entrepreneurs , through the implementation of a program dedicated to young recent graduates.
Asplexively, the counseling and training activities involved about 3,000 young people and 50 counselors and trainers.
Project Pluses
The project fostered an approach to a B2G-oriented business model through the creation of a market network among young entrepreneurs to support public institutions.
