The reorganisation of judicial offices

Between 2010 and 2012, Lattanzio KIBS provided support for the reorganisation of work within courts in four Italian regions: Lombardy, Campania, Calabria and Sicily. The projects included technical assistance services aimed at streamlining office workflows.

Together with the Italian Ministry of Justice, the team of experts supported the reorganisation of business processes and human resources development. The change management process that was implemented involved the following offices:

  • Lombardy Region: Court and Public Prosecutor's Office of Monza, Courts of Brescia, Varese, Crema and Cremona and Court and Court of Appeal of Milan;
  • Campania Region: Campania Region Court and Public Prosecutor's Office
  • Region Calabria: Court of Appeal, Court and Public Prosecutor's Office of Reggio Calabria
  • Sicily Region: Courts of Marsala, Palermo, Messina and Caltanissetta, the Public Prosecutor's Offices of Marsala, Termini Imerese, Trapani, Enna and Caltanissetta, the Appeal Courts of Palermo and Caltanissetta and the Public Prosecutor's Office of Caltanissetta.

Project Pluses

In order to streamline workflows, the team intervened on processes and office organisation, positively impacting on the time of the justice system.
