The organisation of G20 events

The G20 is the annual forum of leaders, finance ministers and central bank governors, created in 1999, for the discussion of global economic issues to safeguard international financial stability. In the year of the Italian G20 presidency, Lattanzio KIBS was commissioned by Consip to plan, organize and manage the technical and political events in 6 Italian cities.

Our team of communication experts supported the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in the organisation of events for the Italian G20 Presidency (lot 3) through the operational provision of everything necessary, from the engagement of suppliers, through the setting up of venues, to the actual management of the events. The technical-political events were attended in every detail and took place in 6 Italian cities, as illustrated below:

Project Pluses
