The Attraction of Foreign Investments in the Tuscany Region

This project provided support to the Tuscany Region for the attraction of foreign direct investment (FDI) in the region.

From 2019 to 2021, the team of communication experts supported the organisation by providing strategic and operational support for attracting Western European investors to Tuscany, with a focus on Germany and France, as well as the Benelux European region. Project activities included:

• Drafting of marketing material for lead generation activities;
• Making a list of multipliers in the three countries and animating them;
• Presentation and implementation of a Mission Plan to potential investors at foreign headquarters/headquarters of multinationals present in Tuscany;
• Organisation of events in Germany, France and Benelux;
• Organisation of familiarisation visits of potential investors in Tuscany.

Project Pluses

By assisting the Region of Tuscany in attracting foreign investment, Lattanzio KIBS has fostered the enhancement of Italian territory abroad by projecting the interest of foreign investors directly onto Tuscan locations and fostering economic relations between Italy and some of Europe's richest regions.
