Lattanzio KIBS supports FAO in updating and maintaining an interactive training pathway dedicated to its Basic Texts
To reinforce internal knowledge of its foundational and operational rules, the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) has launched an e-learning course dedicated to its Basic Texts. These documents define the Organization’s mandate, objectives, and functions, while governing its institutional and administrative life. The initiative aims to provide all staff with an accessible, clear, and constantly updated tool that supports a better understanding of the norms regulating roles, decision-making processes, and resource management.
More details
The e-learning course on FAO’s Basic Texts has been developed and is currently maintained by Lattanzio KIBS, which ensures continuous updates and effectiveness. Designed as a dynamic and engaging learning tool, the course consists of four interactive modules integrating multimedia content, knowledge assessments, guided instructions, and in-depth resources. Through this training pathway, FAO personnel gain a comprehensive overview of the Constitution and Financial Regulations, of the Organization’s governing and statutory bodies, and of the mechanisms enabling cooperation among management, staff, and Member Nations.
More than theoretical knowledge, the course provides practical guidance to help participants understand budget planning and management mechanisms, equipping them with concrete tools to approach their day-to-day activities with increased awareness.
Project Impact
Designed and continuously updated by Lattanzio KIBS, the Basic Texts e-learning course offers FAO a solid training solution that keeps pace with regulatory and organizational changes. Through innovative methods, digital tools, and interactive features, the pathway enables staff to acquire a clear understanding of the Organization’s legal and operational foundations. In turn, personnel can perform their daily duties with greater awareness and efficiency, contributing to more transparent processes and enhanced achievement of FAO’s strategic objectives.
