Lattanzio KIBS is evaluator of the ROP ERDF Marche 2014-2020

The ROP ERDF Marche 2014-2020 is the main instrument for the implementation of the EU economic and social cohesion policy, proposed by the Region in coherence with the National Strategic Framework and in implementation of the EU programming, approved by decision of the European Commission. The Regional Operational Programme contains the analysis of the context and identifies the objectives and strategies, specifying the Priority Axes, the Lines of Intervention and the Actions that will be implemented during the programming period.

More details

Lattanzio KIBS accompanies the Programme with evaluations of a strategic, operational and thematic nature, with reference to the three dimensions of efficiency, effectiveness and impact.

The evaluation service envisages the drafting of a report dedicated to the Actions that provide continuity between the 14-20 and 21-27 programming periods, an update report on the Environmental Monitoring Plan and a final report on the progress of the ROP ERDF as at 31 December 2023, including the evaluation:

  • the implementation of the Programme with financial, physical and procedural data
  • the status of achievement of the targets of output and result indicators
  • the effects of the policies on the regional socio-economic context
  • the state of progress of the interventions activated through the instrument of Integrated Territorial Investments (ITI)

Project Impact

The Lattanzio KIBS intervention, which is the continuation of the evaluation service carried out between the years 2019 and 2023, contributes to the strengthening of the evaluation of regional economic and social cohesion policies implemented through the 2014-2020 Marche ROP ERDF.

The evaluation delves into the issues of research, technological development and innovation, the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises, the transition to a low-carbon economy, and investments aimed at tackling catastrophic climate risks. Of particular importance are also interventions aimed at promoting economic recovery and development processes in the areas affected by the earthquake.
