Lattanzio KIBS' intervention involves a thorough evaluation of RDP activities, analyzing the alignment between the Programme’s objectives and the needs identified by policymakers and local stakeholders. It assesses management mechanisms, the effectiveness and efficiency of implemented actions, and identifies success factors, best practices, and critical areas.

Additionally, Lattanzio KIBS shares methodological tools to better guide the Programme and support the Managing Authority in defining future priorities. The thematic reports developed include the analysis of gender opportunities and female entrepreneurship, as well as the effectiveness of the RDP’s communication strategy.

Project Impact

The intervention delivers a range of results, including continuous evaluation reports, an updated annual report, and the ex-post evaluation of the Programme, including strategic environmental analysis. Lastly, the ex-ante evaluation for the 2021-2028 programming period. Thanks to Lattanzio KIBS' contribution, the Umbria Region gains enhanced capacity to respond promptly and effectively to regional needs, optimizing the efficiency of activities and enabling the immediate identification of strengths and areas for improvement, thus significantly contributing to its overall effectiveness.
