E-learning courses in English and Arabic on health, borders and mobility
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) commissioned Lattanzio KIBS to develop two e-learning courses on health, borders and mobility (HBMM framework). The courses were developed in English and also translated into Arabic.

The project for IOM is a capacity building project with the overall objective of improving the organization's capacity in strengthening member states' health systems to meet their commitments under the Health, Border and Mobility Management (HBMM) framework.
Specifically, the objectives of the assignment were:
- Address gaps among Arabic-speaking staff and external stakeholders in health, border management and mobility;
- strengthen public health response capacity to COVID-19 and other diseases in high-risk communities.
The e-learning course modules implemented fully adhere to IOM's guidelines and quality standards dictated by the Agency's Staff Development and Learning Units (SDL). In addition, the course was released in accordance with the international standard SCORM 1.2.
Project Pluses
Lattanzio was able to carry out an important task in support of IOM's Migration Health Division: with the training courses designed and implemented, the Learning team improved the implementation of what is provided in IOM's HBMM framework.
