The Autonomous Region of Valle d’Aosta entrusts Lattanzio KIBS with the development and implementation of an effective and integrated communication strategy

The project aims to draft the Unified Communication Strategy, a key opportunity to combine an effective communication vision with a deep understanding of the needs of the various Managing Authorities (AdG) involved in EU co-financed programs.

More details

The initiative focuses on enhancing the Region’s role in disseminating information about European funding opportunities, making them clear and accessible to citizens, businesses, and institutional stakeholders. A distinctive feature is the integration of multiple financial programs into a single strategic vision, including: ERDF (European Regional Development Fund), ESF+ (European Social Fund Plus), Interreg and Regional Complement for Rural Development.

Approved by Regional Council Resolution No. 1269 of 2024, the strategy outlines clear objectives: increasing awareness of funding opportunities, ensuring transparency on results, and coordinating communication efforts across all programs.

A key activity is the organization of a focus group involving regional departments engaged in program implementation. This collaborative approach gathers essential input, ensuring a communication strategy that is truly aligned with the needs of both beneficiaries and institutions.

Project Impact

Thanks to Lattanzio KIBS’ expertise, the Autonomous Region of Valle d’Aosta now has a clear and integrated communication strategy, strengthening citizen engagement and improving the perception of EU funds’ value for regional development. The implementation of the strategy not only enhances institutional communication but also promotes greater transparency and participatory governance in the service of the community.
