More details

The evaluation project, supported by Lattanzio KIBS, is structured in five main phases. Initially, the evaluation questions, judgment criteria, and required indicators are defined. This is followed by data collection, both primary and secondary, after which the gathered information is analyzed and processed. Subsequently, the evaluation questions are addressed, and recommendations are formulated, concluding with the communication of the results. The executive and operational teams ensure the coordination and quality of the process.

The multi-year service also includes the definition of objectives, feasibility analysis, indicator mapping, report drafting, and the organization of a final event to disseminate the results.
