Organization and execution of the event for the Department for Equal Opportunities of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers

Lattanzio KIBS is organizing an event for the Department for Equal Opportunities of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, aimed at fostering dialogue among Italian companies on issues of gender equality, the role of women in the workforce, and the challenges faced by working mothers. The goal is to promote the adoption of the "Self-Regulation Code for Responsible Companies in Support of Maternity," a tool introduced by Minister Roccella to encourage a climate of cooperation between employers and employees. The Code aims to ensure that maternity is not seen as a career obstacle and is part of a broader approach that also supports the PNRR initiative for Gender Equality Certification.

More details

In close collaboration with the department, Lattanzio KIBS manages all activities related to the event's organization, starting with coordination with reception staff and overseeing the setup of the venue and related services. It was responsible for creating customized graphic materials and ensuring the preparation of a motivational video, specifically designed to promote the initiative. The video was shown during the event and later distributed through the digital channels of the Presidency.

Another key element was the creation of a 3x2-meter panel used for companies to sign the protocol. Finally, Lattanzio KIBS played a central role in the event's administrative support, assisting in identifying and recruiting participating companies.

Project Impact

The event had a significant impact, raising awareness among participating companies about the importance of gender equality and inclusion. The efficient organization and quality of the promotional materials created an engaging and professional environment, encouraging active participation from businesses.
This result represents a concrete step toward creating more inclusive work environments that are attentive to the needs of parenthood, benefiting both female workers and companies, and serving as a reference tool for businesses.
