Lattanzio KIBS supports Acquedotto Pugliese in the development and implementation of the communication plan for the SA Resilience project, within the framework of climate adaptation policies

Acquedotto Pugliese, one of the leading integrated water service providers in Italy, is participating in the European project “SA Resilience,” funded by the Interreg IPA South Adriatic Programme, with the aim of strengthening territorial resilience in response to climate change. As part of this initiative, AQP is enhancing its communication system to highlight the implemented measures, actively engage local communities, and promote the dissemination of good institutional practices.

More details

Lattanzio KIBS is responsible for defining the Communication Strategy Plan for the SA Resilience project. The intervention includes stakeholder mapping, the design and production of informational materials, event management, media relations oversight, and the adoption of digital tools to monitor communication impact.

Through an integrated and participatory approach, Lattanzio KIBS provides Acquedotto Pugliese with specialized technical support aimed at strengthening the organization’s role as an active player in the ecological transition and climate adaptation, reinforcing the connection between institutions and citizens.

Project Impact

With an effective and measurable plan, the project contributes to achieving its main objectives: positively influencing regional and national policies on territorial resilience, improving tools for data collection and sharing, strengthening capacity building through training and partner exchanges, and enhancing the role of local infrastructure in addressing extreme weather events.

Communication thus becomes a key ally in disseminating results, facilitating dialogue, and promoting shared risk governance.
