Lattanzio KIBS supports Fondo Banche Assicurazioni in an institutional communication project aimed at consolidating the organisation's positioning as an authority in knowledge and training within the banking and insurance sector
Fondo Banche Assicurazioni (FBA), the bilateral interprofessional fund that finances continuous training for workers in the banking, financial and insurance sector, is embarking on a transformation of its institutional communication with the goal of strengthening its role as a reference point in knowledge and training for the banking and insurance sector. The initiative stems from the need to bridge the gap between the breadth of content produced by the organisation and its ability to communicate it in an authoritative, consistent manner that effectively addresses the evolving needs of the market. This is compounded by the need to build sustainable internal processes that enable the organisation to manage its editorial workflows with full autonomy.
More details
Lattanzio KIBS's intervention is structured around four complementary lines of action, designed to address both the external strategic dimension and the internal organisational strength of FBA.
On the operational communication front, the project unlocks the value of the Fund's informational assets through practical, collaborative tools - from the activation of focus group cycles to the optimisation of knowledge-sharing platforms - ensuring that day-to-day operations reflect the high quality of the content the organisation produces. Alongside this, a strategic positioning workstream drives a deep transformation of FBA's narrative identity: through analytical research into market sentiment and emerging sector needs, the organisation's mission and key messages are redefined, giving it a recognisable and authoritative voice. On the events and engagement side, the project takes a strategic approach to the Fund's twentieth anniversary celebrations, spanning the development of a creative concept and storytelling framework, the production of commemorative videos, and the activation of engagement initiatives involving companies, experts and ambassadors. Finally, organisational consulting and training ensure the long-term sustainability of results: through a competency development plan, on-the-job training sessions, workflow and governance manuals, and customised templates for events, direct email marketing, editorial series and social media channels, the organisation gains the capacity to manage its communication processes independently.
Project Impact
The project delivers tangible, measurable added value across multiple levels in a synergistic way. On the strategic front, FBA acquires a solid and recognisable narrative identity, with key messages aligned to the latest trends in the banking and insurance market, while on the operational side, the internal structure is equipped with advanced tools that streamline communication processes and ensure full autonomy in managing editorial workflows. On the reputational front, the strategic management of the twentieth anniversary transforms a celebratory milestone into an opportunity for institutional dialogue, reinforcing the organisation's positioning as a leading authority in training for the banking and insurance sector.
