Lattanzio KIBS supports the Accademia di Belle Arti di Bari in the technical, procedural and financial management of the PRIN AFAM project "Armonia Mentale"
The Accademia di Belle Arti di Bari has activated dedicated technical support for the "Armonia Mentale" project, an initiative that combines art, music and digital innovation for students' psychological wellbeing, born from the synergy with the "Nino Rota" Conservatory of Monopoli, of which the Accademia is the lead institution. The choice reflects the institution's will to secure solid specialist support to manage a complex, multi-phase initiative. The project is part of the PRIN AFAM 2024 programme of the Italian Ministry of University and Research, which for the first time reserved National Research Projects of Relevant Interest for state institutions of Higher Education in Art and Music (AFAM), called to respond with scientific and managerial rigour to youth psychological distress.
More details
Lattanzio KIBS supports the institution in the technical, procedural and financial management of the "Armonia Mentale" project, coordinating physical, procedural and financial monitoring on an ongoing basis, in line with the ministerial guidelines for PRIN AFAM implementation and their updates. Support extends to managing relationships with suppliers involved in the project's artistic and intellectual activities: from the facilitators of the artistic and musical workshops to the professionals running the psychological listening services - services that require dedicated management, distinct from that of a standard supply of goods and services. Alongside this, the institution receives ongoing assistance in preparing and reviewing reporting documentation, ensuring compliance with the obligations set by the ministerial programme.
Project Impact
Thanks to this support, the institution can focus fully on the scientific and artistic content of "Armonia Mentale", relying on solid technical and administrative management for the entire duration of the project. Students of the AFAM institutions involved benefit directly, gaining access to listening, prevention and growth pathways built on reliable organisational foundations. More broadly, the project helps strengthen the capacity of Italy's higher arts and music education system to respond to youth distress through innovative tools - a topic that closely concerns families and educational communities across the country.
