Lattanzio KIBS supports the Ministry of Culture in the strategic digital transformation project aimed at empowering cultural operators and enhancing the local heritage in the Basilicata and Puglia regions.

The regions of Puglia and Basilicata possess a rich historical and artistic fabric that represents a fundamental resource for tourism and socio-economic development. The Ministry of Culture has launched the national project "Dicolab. Cultura al Digitale" to address the need for digital transformation and modernization in the management of Italy’s cultural heritage. This initiative is part of the PNRR Culture 4.0 investment framework and funded by Next Generation EU resources.

More details

Lattanzio KIBS supports the HUB starting from listening to and analyzing the needs of cultural stakeholders and local institutions. Following an in-depth needs assessment through surveys and interviews, Lattanzio KIBS designs and delivers interactive workshops that ensure a high level of engagement between trainers and participants. At the same time, working groups and focus groups are activated, where cultural operators can exchange ideas, reflect on shared experiences, and contribute to identifying new training needs. The entire process is accompanied by continuous and final evaluation of the competencies acquired; through a variety of measurement tools, it is possible to precisely assess progress made and identify areas for improvement, thereby ensuring the project's effectiveness and adaptability over time.

Project Impact

The project helps create a sustainable framework for the protection and enhancement of cultural heritage by facilitating the adoption of digital tools by operators. It generates new opportunities for cultural tourism, community engagement, and economic growth in the territories of Basilicata and Puglia.
