Strengthening the digital skills of internal staff

The Presidency of the Council of Ministers once again entrusts Lattanzio KIBS with a new step in strengthening the digital skills of its staff, as part of the Presidency's own objective of developing a digital approach to its services and processes, both internal and external, recognising artificial intelligence as a strategic priority for organisational innovation. The initiative is part of the path outlined by the Integrated Activity and Organisation Plan (PIAO) 2026-2028, which identifies digital skills development as a strategic lever for the transformation of administrative processes.

The programme engages the Presidency's staff in a 360-hour path, built around five major areas of competence: the conscious use of artificial intelligence and prompting techniques, individual productivity tools, collaboration in shared digital environments, and public administration innovation topics, from Big Data and Open Data to E-Government and PA 4.0. Each path is designed to adapt to different starting levels, making the training useful both for those approaching these tools for the first time and for those who wish to deepen their knowledge. The solidity of the learning is guaranteed by ICDL Full Standard certification, which accompanies the entire path to its completion: a measurable, recognised achievement that turns acquired skills into a stable asset for the administration. By entrusting Lattanzio KIBS with the design and delivery of the programme, the Presidency invests in an extensive and structured training path, capable of deeply engaging internal staff.
